Banner Buying Process
Step 1: Select a banner(s) of your choice
- Choose the type of banner(s) that best suits your budget and requirements.
- Provide the following information while filling an online order form or over the phone:
- a) Company and Contact Information (sign in).
- b) Payment information.
- c) Creative brief for your design requirements.
- After you are done with the payment and the creative brief, you will receive 3 confirmation emails. Two from us and one from Royal Bank of Scotland confirming your payment and transaction ID. Our first email will contain your login details which you can use to check your order status. The second email will be an order confirmation email containing your order reference number and information on what happens next.
Step 2: Receive your initial design concept(s) and provide feedback if needed.
- Receive the initial design concept(s) within the time-frame specified in the package you ordered, or next day if you ordered the expedited service).
- Review the designs and approve, otherwise go for revisions.
- At this stage you can either approve the design or request a revision to improve aspects such as the color, layout, graphic, font and the text.
Step 3: View your updated banner design concept(s) based on your feedback, if provided.
- If you requested a revision, your revised design concept(s) will arrive within 1-4 business days. Again, you can either approve them or request further revision if not satisfied.
Step 4: Receive the final banner(s).
- Once you are completely satisfied with the design concept(s), you can request the final files to be delivered.
- We will provide you with all the file formats associated with your final design. For example, for your static banner, the formats available are:
If you ordered animated or flash banner(s), the file formats you will get are:
- .gif
- SWF
- FLA
- Other formats are available upon request.
