Logo Buying Process
Step 1: Select a logo package of your choice
- Choose a package that best suits your budget and requirements.
- Provide the following information while filling an online order form or over the phone:
- a) Company and Contact Information (sign in).
- b) Creative brief for your design requirements.
- C) Payment information.
- After you are done with the payment and the creative brief, you will receive 3 confirmation emails. Two from us and one from Royal Bank of Scotland confirming your payment and transaction ID. Our first email will contain your login details which you can use to check your order status. The second email will be an order confirmation email containing your order reference number and information on what happens next.
Step 2: Receive your initial design concepts and provide feedback if needed.
- Receive the initial design concepts within the time-frame specified in the package you ordered (usually 2-3 business days, or next day if you ordered the expedited service).
- Review the designs and choose 1 design concept from the options.
- At this stage you can either approve the design or request a revision to improve aspects such as the color, layout, graphic, font and the text.
Step 3: View your updated logo design concepts based on your feedback, if provided.
- If you requested a revision, your revised design concepts will arrive within 2-3 business days. Again, you can either approve them or request further revisions.
Step 4: Receive the final logo
- Once you are completely satisfied with the design concept, you can request the final files to be delivered.
- We will provide you with all the file formats associated with your final design. For example, for your logo, the formats available are:
- .avi adobe illustrator (vector-format)
- .psd (photoshop-file)
- .gif
- .jpg
- .tiff
- .png
- This will cover everything you need for web, print and signage. Other formats are available upon request.
