Forgotten account password


If you have forgotten your password, all you need to do is enter your email address on the 'My Account' page in the ‘Login here’ box and then click on the ‘Remind me Password’ link. You will soon be emailed your password information. Simply login to your account and click ‘Change password’ tab on the extreme left panel to change your password.



Update your account details


You can update your personal details by simply logging on to your ‘My Account’ and click ‘Update My Details’ section given on the left panel. Update or change your name, postal address, etc. and click the ‘Update’ tab on the bottom. For security reasons, you cannot change your email address as it is used for communication between you and us.
